"Shipping was much slower than I expected"
I ordered this thinking it would arrive in time, but the shipping ended up being really slow. I kept checking the updates and even looked around to see if other people were having the same issue, but the tracking didn’t give me much confidence.
It finally showed up after I actually needed it, so I couldn’t use it for my event. Maybe others have had better luck with delivery, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t count on it arriving when you need it.

"Felt like I was getting copy-paste support"
I reached out for help i’m still waiting for someone to actually get back to me. The few responses I did see felt like generic copy-paste replies that didn’t really address my issue. Frustrating when you just want a real answer from a real person

"Wanted to love it, but it missed the mark"
I’ve ordered from this brand before and usually really like their stuff, so I was a little torn about leaving this review. This time, though, the custom text wasn’t right and the cutout size didn’t match what I asked for. I still like the brand, but this order was disappointing.

"Blurry print and not lifelike at all"
I was disappointed when I saw it. The colors looked off, and the face had this flat, blurry look to it instead of feeling realistic. Even from a few feet away, it still didn’t look lifelike. I kept thinking, how is this okay to send out like this?

"Pretty decent, but a bit pricey"
